I have read and understand this statement: Pierce Volunteer Fire Department assumes no responsibility and the applicant assumes all responsibility. I understand that the listed materials are the only types of materials authorized by this permit to be burned. I further understand that all burning should be during daylight hours and shall be fully extinguished once complete. The burn site must always have someone on-site monitoring it. Once issued, the permit is only valid for the day and times listed, and the Fire Department reserves the right to revoke it. Burning in Nebraska is governed by State Statute 81-520.01.

I understand my permit is not approved until I receive a separate burn permit approval email.

I understand I must have a copy (printed or electronic) of the burn permit at the burn site.
